Exchanges and Returns in Nummulit, the minimalist footwear brand from Girona

SIZE CHANGES AND RETURNS

You have up to 30 days to exchange or return an item.

Until January 15 for purchases made on Black Friday or before Christmas.

Return costs:

The expenses will be deducted from the amount to be returned or from the discount voucher generated (depending on the form of return you have preferred), and will be the following depending on the origin of the return:

  • Peninsula and Balearic Islands: €6
  • Outside the Peninsula and the Balearic Islands: The same amount as shipping.
Return:

Here we explain the steps to return a purchased item:

  1. Write us an e-mail to info@nummulit.com indicating the reference of your order, the reason for the return (this will help us improve), and if you want to receive a discount voucher with no expiration date or if we refund your money.
  2. We will email you a label with a barcode. You must pack the box of the item you want to return, then print the label and stick it to the package. Then, take the package to your nearest Post Office (or the Postal Service of your country, if the return is from outside of Spain).
  3. Once we receive the package, we will send you the voucher by email or we will refund the corresponding amount in the same payment method used in the purchase.

First free size change from peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, or Andorra:

Next, we explain the steps to follow:

  1. Write us an e-mail at info@nummulit.com indicating the reference of your order and the item (model, color, and size) you want to change. You must also tell us the model, color, and size you want to receive as a change. Make sure it's available first!
  2. We will email you a label with a barcode. You must pack the box of the item you want to change and take it to your nearest Correos office, providing them with the label code. If you prefer that they go to your home to pick them up, please, tell us the day and shift (morning/afternoon) that you prefer and we will request it from our colleagues at the Correos office (in this case it is necessary to print the label and stick it to the package).
  3. Once we receive the package, we will send you the item you want to receive in exchange.
Change of size from outside peninsular Spain, Balearic Islands, and Andorra:

In this case, you must process the return of your current item (below you can see how to do it) and then place a new order.

Conditions for returns and exchanges:

Before sending us the product, please pack it well so it is not damaged.

We will not accept products:

  • Used.
  • Manipulated / Scratched / Dirty.
  • Improperly treated.
  • No original packaging or tags.
