5. Prices and payment method

The client agrees to pay the products contracted to Nummulit in the forms of payment accepted by Nummulit and for any additional amount (including taxes and late fees, as the case may be).

The prices applicable to each product are those indicated on the website on the date of the order, including, where appropriate, all of them VAT (Value Added Tax) for transactions within Spanish territory. However, in accordance with the provisions of Law 37/1992, of December 28, regulating said tax, the operation may be exempt or not subject to it depending on the country of residence of the buyer and the condition in which it acts. the same (employer / professional or individual). 9. Shipping Policy

Packages are typically shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment is received.

Generally orders will be processed through the Post Office. In mainland Spain, the usual means of transport is CORREOS PAQ ESTÁNDAR (48h-72h) with a cost from € 2.99 . The exact amount of the transport will be calculated during the purchase process. The final delivery times will be determined by the Correos company, according to its general conditions of service.

In the case of payment with Bank Transfer, the delivery time may be longer due to the prior verification and preparation of the documentation.

Nummulit reserves the right not to send the items and to return the full amount of the purchase:

10. Return Policy

You have up to 30 days to return an item .

The payment of returns will be made once the material has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, and always in its original packaging. Product damage policy

If you have received a defective, wrong or in poor condition, it is important that you send us photographs of the defective product to the email info@nummulit.com indicating the order number in the subject.

You have a maximum period of 30 days after receipt of the order to be able to manage the return of a defective product. The identification tag must still be on the product. We will fully examine the product and notify you of your right to a refund.

Following the directives set by the manufacturer regarding the consideration of a defective product, a minor defect in the product or a packaging in poor condition that does not affect the content, a defect or damage will not be considered for claims.

How to return products in accepted cases:

In case of repeated returns or claims due to poor condition or defective product by the same customer, Nummulit reserves the right not to make new shipments to the customer.

If applicable, we will deduct from the amount to be returned the transport costs caused by the return. The refund will normally be processed within 10 business days. The refund will be made by the same form of payment of the order. Said reimbursement will be subject to Nummulit's right to retain amounts for returned products that show damage.
