Packages are normally shipped within 24-48 business hours after payment is received.
Orders will generally be processed through the Post Office (Correos). In mainland Spain, the usual delivery system is CORREOS PAQ ESTÁNDAR (48h-72h) with a cost from €2.99. The exact amount of the delivery will be calculated during the purchase process.

The final delivery times will be those determined by the Correos company, according to its general conditions of service.
In the case of payment with Bank Transfer, the delivery time may be longer due to the prior verification and preparation of the documentation.
If at the time of delivery you notice breakages in the package, you must make an incident on the same delivery note, indicating that the package is broken and contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to notify this situation.
If you do not notice external breakages in the package when you receive it, but when you open it you notice damage caused by delivery, you must notify the transport company within 24 hours to record and contact us at email@example.com. Otherwise, it will be understood that the product has been accepted in accordance. Once this period has passed, the delivery company considers that the material sent is in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damage.
Nummulit reserves the right not to send the articles and to return the full amount of the purchase:
- If the requested item is no longer in our catalog.
- If the requested article or the description does not correspond to the image published on our website.
- If the requested item contains an error in the price.
- If the requested item does not have stock and the input forecast is very high.
You have up to 30 days to return an item.
The payment of returns will be made once the material has been received and verified that it is in perfect condition, and always in its original packaging. Except for size exchanges, the return costs will be paid by the customer. We will deduct from the amount to be returned the transport costs caused by the return (usually the same as in the shipment).
In case you need a size exchange, this is free to peninsular Spain. You must contact us to manage it.
You can request a return through the "Order History" section of your user account. Click on "Details" to select the order from which you want to return. Select the product or products you want to return by checking the check box next to their name. You must add the amount to return in case it is more than one product and, if you wish, you can include a brief explanation of the reason why you are returning that item so that you can resolve the problem if it exists with that product and improve it. Finally, click on «Request a return».
Once the return has been processed, you can choose between:
- Deliver the package to the nearest Post Office.
- Request home collection (it will be necessary to print the label that we will send you and stick it on the outside of the package).
- Deposit the package at a Citypaq locker.
These delivery conditions are the usual ones for mainland Spain. In other circumstances, for example international shipments, you must deliver the package to your nearest post office. During the return process, specific conditions will be indicated.
We request that you pack the item well so that it does not break.
Product changes will not be accepted:
- Manipulated / Scratched / Dirty.
- Improperly treated.
- No original packaging or no labels.
